I think I have maybe come up with answers on the markings ? but anymore help appreciated in case I have it incorrect. PATRONENFABRIK KABISRUHE - Cartridge Factory SP255 - Spandau inspection mark JULI 1918 Standard twin flaming bombs for this manufacturer The Base measures 275mm and the Height 420mm although may have been reduced , as can be seen from the photographs at one time it was made into a Tea Urn.
