Private George Aylward 2502 Hampshire Regt

I’m looking for any information that might help reunite this man’s family with his medals. From his medal card I can see he was also in the RASC Motor Transport (281009).

Info to help trace family:

- he was 18 years 7 months old in Sept 1914

- father was John Aylward of Ferndale, Liphook, Hants

Thank you Neil. That will certainly help. I’m thinking he may have lied about his age. If so I may have found him on the census.
