It is unusual in that he appears to be the only RE8 fatality from Castle Bromwich most of the others are either early training machines, then Avro s, later Sopwiths and SE5,s. But no other mention of an RE8. He is noted as with 28 reserve squadron. Anyone any ideas why the " Harry Tate"?
