"Documentary in which Ifor ap Glyn reassesses the life and work of Welsh poet Hedd Wyn on the centenary of his death."

On 01:15 tonight/Tuesday morning BBC4, going to set the recorder :)

I think I saw this last year and found it good. The detail on Trawsfynydd and his pre-war pre-eminence was very illuminating.

Love the description Dai; does he recite while playing darts or is the delivery tinged with estuary English?

The lad was brought up in Tottenham, and has kept his London N 17 accent whilst speaking in English.

I don't know about his darting ability, but he writes a pretty mean Cynghanedd.
