INFANTRY. 5th (City of London) Battalion, The London Regiment (London Rifle Brigade). The undermentioned to be Second Lieutenants. Dated 16th January, 1915:— Private Eric Edward Higham, from the 28th (County of London) Battalion, The London Regiment.
