Marigold1 Posted 20 October , 2018 Posted 20 October , 2018 Does anyone know of any way of finding out the movements of 88 Siege Battery, RGA, between March and November 1918? The only war diary for the Battery in the National Archives ends in Feb. 1918. Marigold
petwes Posted 20 October , 2018 Posted 20 October , 2018 Marigold You probably need to look at the diary for 3 Heavy Artillery Group. In the good old days you would have found it in the same box at Kew. Now you need to look for WO95 297/3 to get the digital download. Peter
Dazscuba Posted 20 October , 2018 Posted 20 October , 2018 Marigold if you do get it let us know and if possible you may be able to look up a day for us? Daz
Marigold1 Posted 21 October , 2018 Author Posted 21 October , 2018 Dear Daz, I'm afraid I shall not be buying the diary as I have enough information for what I need now (for a brief account in the electronic Loughborough Roll of Honour). Marigold
