rolt968 Posted 16 October , 2018 Share Posted 16 October , 2018 I think it must be DR R.T. BROTCHIE. Robert Traill Brotchie was a Surgeon RNVR lost with HMS Bulwark 26 November 1914. https://www.cwgc.org/find-war-dead/casualty/2870728/brotchie,-robert-traill/

Aggie Posted 14 November , 2020 Share Posted 14 November , 2020 Good evening Martin, I am researching our Cenotaph here in Tarbert in preparation for a rededication ceremony in August next year (COVID notwithstanding). Any information you have would be most helpful. I see that you were up in Oct ‘18 just after we had cleaned it, weeded it and painted the railings in preparation for the 100th anniversary of the armistice. It has just been repointed and this is what it looks like today. Kind regards, Aggie
