Remembered Today:

Cairo hospital

I am struggling to find a hospital in Cairo where Wilfred Ernest Talton, Pioneer 288119, Signal Company, Royal Engineers, might have died of malaria on 22nd October 1918.

According to the National Probate Calendar (England and Wales) he died at Aloysia, Egypt.

He is buried in Cairo War Memorial Cemetery Grave O35.

Could the place name 'Aloysia' be a mistake for 'Al' and another word?

I would be grateful for any suggestions on this puzzle.

PS Sometimes spelt Abbassiya.

No.4 Auxiliary Hospital, General Hospital No.14 (both Australian) and No.5 Stationary Hospital (Canadian) all seem to have been based there.
