Anyhow under painting is dry, will start applying glazes of colour over the painting, gradually, I shall use my new prezzie (scanner!) at various stages, just to show you how it comes along..... Soren Posted 18 January , 2005 Author Share Posted 18 January , 2005 I thought I saw one in a mock up trench system at Bovington Tank Museum, I presumed it was to warn people that gas is present, although I must admit what I saw was more of a tin with a metal rod in it.......... You mean you usually have a pencil in your hands? (Think carefully before you answer! OO-ER) Excellent stuff, Soren. The Gas alarms I've seen in photos are often no more than an empty artillery shell casing hanging from a length of rope with a sentry with an iron bar standing close at hand. Ding, ding! Robbie Hi Robbie, H 15/W 12 Inches, still in progress, so bit hard to price, around 5 hours worked on it to date...... wait to you see the end piece, you might well hate it!!!
