The above was a Worker/Nurse in the Queen Mary Auxillary Corps. She was born in Wales in 1894 and died Nov 3rd 1918 of flu in Plymouth at S.C Convalescent Home, Plymouth about which I can find nothing ...can anybody help with info/photo of her or the home?

Being in QMAAC she would not have had a nursing role.
