Treasure House exhibitions

A quick early plug for our forthcoming (free) WWI centenary display at the Treasure House in Beverley. Opening on Saturday 10th November, 'Legacy, a painterly response to WWI' is an exhibition of works by artist Paul Clifford, based around images of the East Riding Yeomanry from various sources. I'm told there will also be some kind of sand based installation! And there will be a publication as well. Alongside this there will be a small display of ERY material and a Powerpoint with 100 portraits & brief biographies, plus a copy of my research to browse through.

Some more images from today's launch event. The display includes a sand installation with screen printing in an Islamic style, referencing the Sykes-Picot agreement.
