Hoping to find details for Bertram CARR and confirmation of his burial at PLYMOUTH (WESTON MILL) CEMETERY.

Would like to request a photograph of his headstone, he died 22 October 1918 (Reference: Plot Church. C. 12717)

He is commemorated on a family Memorial at St John the Baptist Church, Beckford

Proof of his burial is at the CWGC Link.

Which shows the Registration Form for his Grave.

What other proof are you seeking?
