red cross document abbreviation A.F.A.

In the search for a Belgian prisoner of war in the camp Guestrow I found an abbreviation for the name of his unit: A.F.A.

Who knows more about the units of the Belgian army? What does that mean?

It could possibly be Antwerp Fortress Artillery, but since the list is obviously in French the word order might not be the same. Perhaps Artillerie de Forteresse d'Anvers?
