A short Somme microlight flight

Recommended Posts

Fattyowls

Always worth seeing Steve; I've even noticed myself leaning slightly in the opposite direction as the microlight banks.

I took the diabolical liberty of including a link to your video of Gordon Dump in an email to some Australian friends; it was linked by Youtube to one of Ted Walshe's terrestrial videos of the cemetery. Ted had homed in on the grave of the great uncle of one of my chums down under by amazing conincidence and your video then showed where the cemetery was in relation to Pozieres where the great uncle was likely hit. It also helped me to understand a bit of the Somme battlefield that I wasn't familiar with. Great stuff all round.

Pete.
