Who was Roland Shaw?

I have been trying to work out which Inf Bns West VC was rallying on 21 Aug and 2 Sep 1918.  Some accounts of his action (see link and thread) say that one of the men might have been Roland Shaw.  There are a few possible candidates including a Sjt in the KOYLI, a Pte in the RWF, a Pte in the Sherwood Foresters, and a Grenadier Guardsman.  Are there any other possibilities?

Thanks Harry and yes, it does look like he could well be the man.  Off to the 2/4th KOYLI War Diary I go!
