I am looking into the above officer , he is listed as being killed 13/4/18 while serving with the 197 HT  Coy ASC  Which i believe was formed Nov 1914 within 24 Div , he was attached to 1/7th Duke of Wellingtons West Riding Regiment when he was killed . i am trying to find out how he was killed i am assuming his death would be perhaps mentioned in the 197 Coy  ASC War Diary ? does anyone have a reference for this diary or would it be found the 24 Div war diary ??? does not appear to be anything in the 1/7th DOC West Riding Regiment WD .

Thanks  Phill Jones

His death is recorded in the 147 Brigade HQ diary WO 95/2798.  Listed among the 7 DoW Regt on 13 Apr 1918.  If looking on Ancestry, image 293 of 678.
