Help reading Disease

I appreciate help with rearding the disease for Ashworth F No 8485.

He was admitted to No 2 General Hospital on 7 Mar 1916 and discharged on 8 Mar 1916. The disease is coded 489

That's really difficult to read "inf of U????" Wonder if anyone has the codes on the flyleaf?

Thanks for your quick reply.

I also read it as inf and I wonder if it was infect of stomach?

I could not find any codes on the flyleaf

I do think it may read "stomach" 

Haven't been able to track down a list of codes yet

Dickson, further down also is coded 489, that looks like 'Inf. of Stom'.
