Not sure if this is an Ersatz conversion or what,found pics on the web,from several sites,anyone have an idea?

The A scale C is the trade mark of Alex Coppel, Solingen, Germany.

Exact Dimensions would help people to nail it down.

Thanks JMB1943, it looks like a Werder bayonet, but to swap a steel cross guard for a brass one makes no sense?

could be N WHITE,I simply have no idea,just no make sense to replace steel with brass

i believe this is a werder bayonet converted for Uruguay

Have a look at http://bayonetsonline.com/german-bayonets-for-sale.html (no connection) for something similar, with steel crossguard, described as: 

 

"German 1869 Werder 1-Step Bayonet
Made by W&St (Weyersberg & Stamm, Solingen) and not dated.  Brass handle with circular grooves on the grips.  Crossguard is regimentally marked I.G.B.III.4.151 with serial number 16883 on the other side.  Yataghan blade with some staining, pitting and sharpening. "
