Doullens cemetery somme

Recommended Posts

Can anyone help me, my great uncle was killed in action on 25th March 1918 and is buried in Doullens cemetery somme France. Would this mean he was killed close by at the time. If so where would he have possibly been at the time of his death. I know this is at the time of the big German offensive, so would he have been at baupaume or aliens etc. Any information would be welcome.

If we had a name, and regiment it would be very helpful!

If not got already, it's one of our locals and can get a grave photo next week.
