Medical abbreviation / location of 4th Stationary Hospital 1916

Can anyone identify the illness/injury that GW Brotton was admitted to hospital for - see the attached PDF.  He is about half way down

it looks like POUD or DOUD but not sure

 

Also this is from the 4th Stationary Hospital in May 1916.  Does anyone know where this hospital was at this time?
