POWs interred in Cassel or Mannheim 1918

I’ve been researching my great grandfather and would love to hear from others who may be able to provide more depth to the story below.
 
He name was Robert Little, 2nd Royal Inniskilling Fus. and he was captured in March 1918; unwounded and initially interred in Cassel.
 
Later, he was transferred to Mannheim.  He died there in December of the same year.
 
I am trying to find cause of death.  Or any further details relating to both prisoner of war camps which may throw more light on possible causes.
 
Anyine have any more details on anything mentioned above?
