Jo Savage Posted 23 May , 2018 Share Posted 23 May , 2018 Can anyone help identify this soldier please? A cousin of mine believes he is related to us (cousins) but I don't think so. I have looked through War Records but can't find much. Is there anyway to find out who his parent's might have been? The details I have on the person who IS related to us is that he was born 1890 in Murton (Durham). His father was George and his mother Elizabeth. James's middle initial was E. Any information would be greatly appreciated and I thank everyone for their time. Thank you Jo

Jo Savage Posted 23 May , 2018 Author Share Posted 23 May , 2018 Thank you so very much everyone - this will help me immensely. Craig, I agree, I don't think this is my cousin. "My" James didn't have a sister called Sarah. I will dig further just to do some more cross checking though. Thank you once again everyone, I couldn't do this without everyone's help.
