Tom Seppings Posted 20 May , 2018 Share Posted 20 May , 2018 Good evening, I have recently come across this photo of my Great Grandad on his wedding day in 1918 while helping my Nanny move. Her father was an Old Contemptible however we had no idea that my Grandad's father had signed up - I am guessing towards the end of the war. His name was Thomas Burroughs and he lived in Norfolk. I appreciate the photo makes the cap badge a little difficult to recognise but I am wondering if someone might be able to suggest what regiment he was in. Many thanks in advance. FROGSMILE Posted 21 May , 2018 Share Posted 21 May , 2018 I agree with Royal Sussex Regiment, the star and shape of the title scroll are together distinctive.
