There is a small portrait photo of Lt Col Morter in 'The History of 359 (4th West Lancs) Medium Regment, RA, TA, 1859-1959' which I will scan and send by email.  I have your address

The Tatler of June 16th 1915 included this group photo of officers of 4th Lowland (Howitzer) Bde., R.F.A. including Lt. Col. H. C. [Herbert Cecil] Sheppard seated, holding the dog.

Many thanks to daggers and Harry Brook.  2 down, 1 to go.  Fingers crossed that someone has Cotter's pic.

Why not start a new thread with Lt-Col Cotter's name in the title?  It might catch an eye.  Dick Flory, a regular contributor to the Forum and a great help with RA officers could be contacted.
