I draw the attention of fellow GWF members to the following lot in the sale of Militaria by Dominic Winter, down in Glos., on 18th May 2018. I have no connection with either the auctioneers or the vendor (unknown to me) but post merely to show that such an item exists.

 

896 WWI - Nursing. A small album compiled by Nurse Nancy Johnson while at the Auxiliary Military Hospital, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, circa 1917-19, containing approximately 50 leaves with pen and ink and pencil illustrations and cartoons, crests, many signed and dated, plus a few photos and a postcard (pasted in and loose), including one photograph of Nancy, one with several nurses and one of the inside of the hospital, small oblong 8vo (1) £70-100
