  For those with an interest in POW matters, I draw your attention to Lot 68  in Forum Auctions (of London) on 10th May 2018. I must stress that I have no business connections with the auctioneers,nor any knowledge of the provenance or vendor of the item. Put up just for the interest that such an item actually exists:

First World War Prisoners.- Collection of signatures of British, French and Italian Prisoners of War, most dating from after the 1918 Spring Offensive from Lager Prisoner of War Camp, Rastatt, near Baden, and including members of the newly formed RAF, including: Geo T Coles, 2nd Lieut. R.A.F. Officer - Gelangen-Lager 'Friedrichfeste', Rastatt, Baden, Germany 11.11.18"; "J.W. Rochford, Lieut. RAF, shot down at Douai 4/9/18" etc., 9pp. in Thompson's Life of Faraday, frontispiece loose, original cloth, gilt, 1901, 8vo, 1918.
