and 4 more ersatz bayonets from my collection.

1/ One brass handled ersatz socket bayonet, with remains of constructor for blade PJ [P.J. MALHERBE, LIEGE].

IV is stamped, mayebe a unit marking identification??? [Roy's book, number 662. ES9 110].

2/ a bavarian [from greek bayonet] with scabbard. Note the markings on scabbard, mayebe a unit marking?????

and 2 more ersatz socket bayonets.

3/ the one with an english 1853 blade and type B hilt [Roy's book, number 614. ES7 08 - Type B hilt].

4/ the other one, ersatz socket nayonet, but i cannot identify the blade [a faint D on the crossguard].

Digging my collection, i found and 2 maces, bought many years before...

i have to make a catalogue, as i do not remember what i have bought, during my road trips to france, Italy and Germany, when i was young!!!!!!

Most of my items have been bought on fleamarkets and local antique shops, during my road trips to those countries, from 1993 - 2013.

Until 2008 prices were very low, you could bought a unit marked 98/05 for 60 euros. Then everything changed, as a lot of japan and russian collectors, started to bought them rising the prices.

Regards, D.
