According to local newspaper reports at the time of his death, it was stated that he was awarded the 3rd Class Russian Cross of St. George. Is there anywhere I can find a citation or mention of him receiving this award.

Thank you

Private EAGLETON, ARTHUR

Died 11/04/1915
