Is this bayonet Turkish?

Looks like a Siamese '1902' or Type 45, the ricasso markings seem right, the overall length should be 369mm, with a blade length of 248mm.

Thanks Mike hadn't considered Siamese, would you know approx value of such a bayonet  many thanks

I have seen them for sale at £175.

A  more realistic figure would be around £100.

They do have a great war connection as Thailand (Siam) was a belligerent, sending a small contingent to the Western Front. Although no infantry.

They also make a decent stand-in for Portuguese Vergueiro bayonets, or most export Mausers with the shorter bayonet lug.

 

I think mine was $35 or so, about 7 years ago.  The rifles are considerably harder to come by, unmolested.
