Struggling to decipher the reason for medical discharge below.

 

Something "of Lung" top right and  Something " July 1917.w. " Something

Hi,

 

Top right is Tubercule of lung.

 

followed by

 

Originated July 1917 - can’t decipher rest of line but think it may be referring to his location at the onset of the illness.

 

Not as a result of active (service) but aggravated by it.

 

Permanent....can’t make out rest of that line 

 

Total incapacity.
