alantwo Posted 12 January , 2018 Share Posted 12 January , 2018 Our local newspaper has given front page coverage to the announcement that Cecil Leonard Knox VC is to have a memorial stone placed in the local park, approximately 100 years after the event for which he received the award. The Knox family along with the local council, and in particular councillor Kris Wilson, have been able to enable this, for which I think they should be commended.
