Andy Wade Posted 8 January , 2018 Share Posted 8 January , 2018 Hi Everyone, Some time ago, probably during the centenary period, a member of this forum posted some photographs of a new roll of honour/war memorial that they had created for their town of village. It was a very long wall mounted board (I think it was made of pale oak) with the names picked out in black or carved into the wood and those who had died, had red carved poppies at the side of their names. Can anyone remember this or point me in the direction of the thread please as we're planning something similar for our village. Many thanks in advance. Andy.
