Court Martial help required

Looking for help with a court martial of a gent as I can't find any info

possible CM 1st April 1915

any help with

- why the CM

-what was the outcome

- etc

I can find a proceeding against him . This gives date as 6/11/16 but says incident occurred 22/11/16. So one or both of dates wrong. Duty location Withernsea. Charged under 5.5 of Army Act which I can paraphrase as spreading reports calculated to create alarm or dispondency. Unit 3EYR. Sentenced to 28 days, remitted to 14 days.

also some medical records. 1/11/15 to 51 Field Ambulance for trench Feet. Sent to rest Station the next day.

7/7/16 Shrapnel Wound Right Foot. Again to 51 FA. Looks as though sent to 36 CCS same day. 

Both admissions whilst with 7EYR
