I came across the following when looking for something else.

 

It is the endnotes from an unknown book by an unknown author, but has lots of references to publications by, or about, clergy in the Great War.

Excellent indeed. I am shortly going to be working through the wartime correspondence of an Anglican chaplain and have noted a couple of titles that I shall have to track down. The list is from a relatively recent publication as it includes references to at least one book published in 2007 according to Amazon..

May I mention Greater Love by Revd David Youngson. A "Directory Chaplains of the British Army, Australian, Canadian, East African, New Zealand and South African and Ministers of Religion who gave their lives in the period 1914-1922". It is a self-published book but a copy is available on Amazon. Happy to look ups if required.
