I am researching Henry Lines of the 2nd Batt. Leicestershire Regt No.7346. Prior to WW1, he was in India and his service record state that he had five months with R.A.T.A.   Can anyone tell me what RATA stood for?

many thanks, Hussey30971_172251-00851.jpg.c739f182f312b8eda2929a1200a739e5.jpg
