Lieutenant Arthur John Louis CLANCHY qualified only for the BWM so did not serve in a theatre of war.  He commanded fifty men of 3rd battalion RM who formed the Royal Marine Guard on Corfu for the second half of 1918. [See Blumberg (new edition p.247)]. He seems to have served on after the war as his medal was issued to him while serving in HMS CALEDON. His record at Kew - http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/D8117071
