They are what they are. The gaiters may or may not be officers - there's no difference in type per se - and they could as easily be farm workers' etc, as they were worn in civilian life.

 

Without markings, the best they could be described as are 'period' and the gaiters not necessarily military.

 

Priced keenly enough yet, unless for re-enactment, you might want to save your money and wait for dated examples. WW1 dated gaiters, especially, are not uncommon and are not expensive. Good, dated Sam Brownes are harder and attract a premium, but not impossible.

With less than a day left and no bids, I would say the Sam Browne alone is worth the starting price or a little more if no other bidders appear.
