rolt968 Posted 17 November , 2017 Share Posted 17 November , 2017 Today's Find My Past Friday announcement has a number of military document sets, perhaps most notably the Weekly Casualty Lists. There is a search engine, but unlike thegenealogist, there is no transcription. You arrive at the page with the name on it. There is also a browse facility. I think that the 1918 lists are there. MaureenE Posted 17 November , 2017 Share Posted 17 November , 2017 These appear to be the same editions as have been available on Findmypast since earlier this year, I don't think any new ones have been added, however it's now easier to see what issues are actually available as they now have their own database, whereas previously they were part of Newspapers. The same editions are on the British Newspaper Archive, owned by Findmypast https://search.findmypast.co.uk/search-world-Records/british-army-first-world-war-casualty-lists https://search.findmypast.co.uk/search-world-Records/british-army-first-world-war-casualty-lists-image-browse In these links, if you click on Browse issue date you can see the range of issues which is Weekly Lists from 7 Aug. 1917 to 31 Dec. 1918, missing publications between 1 Jan. and 23 Apr. 1918 See previous topic Weekly Casualty List (War Office & Air Ministry) Cheers Maureen
