barkalotloudly Posted 26 October , 2017 Share Posted 26 October , 2017 When buying the unusual unseen there is always a chance of disappointment but some items just recently have exceeded expectations The Story of the "Romsey Remount Depot" printed in 1919 full of names and is really a day to day diary of this establishment "The Princess Louise Scottish Hospital" privately printed in 1917 a large book giving full details of the hospital for limbless soldiers and sailors at Erskine house A ten feet long panoramic photograph taken in march 1917 {wonderfully clear} field of view 130 degrees from Pilkem Cross roads to Pagoda corner showing Passchendaele .....so near and yet so far!! These panoramic photographs seem to be very scarce when compared to Aerial photographs etc
