chris.wight Posted 24 December , 2004 Share Posted 24 December , 2004 CBC Canada reported Alice Strike, 108, died this week in Halifax, Nova Scotia. It is believed she was the last Canadian Woman War Veteran. She was born in Godalming, England and joined the RFC in 1914 as a pay clerk and transferred to the RAF when it was formed.
