Can anyone please help me with this shell case markings, and if possible date, reason for the information, I need a description of item for display purpose.

Gerwyn,

 

It's a 6 pounder MK111 cartridge case as you know, CF for cordite or charge filled, lot number 25, the anchor is not indicative of naval use, most likely an inspectors mark.

K possibly Kynoch of Birmingham, very odd that it does not seem to carry a date stamp, unless 219 is Feb 1919?  But normally would be stamped:- 2 19, i.e. with a gap between month and year.

Thank you for your information Mike, and like you, I thought it was strange not to see a date stamp, yes I also read it as 21 9, I will describe it has a 1919 British 6 Pounder MK111 Cartridge case.
