i have a very nice copy it is very well illustrated and printed on high quality paper

I’ve always thought it rather overpriced. Compared to some other WW1 classics it’s not that uncommon. Given there are two on offer at the moment suggests no one is prepared to pay that much.

Tend to agree: I paid less and a chum paid even less than I did for his copy.

I was very lucky to get my copy at just over £100 from a well known online book retailer. So they can be found at a more reasonable price with some luck and lots of patience!
