tootrock Posted 25 April , 2017 Share Posted 25 April , 2017 (edited) I am trying to follow the actions of the 1/5 Royal Sussex Regiment on 16 August 1917, in the St Julien area. One of the places mentioned in the War Diary is Jew Hill, but I cannot find it on the relevant trench map. Does anyone have the map reference for this? I was looking at the maps on the National Library of Scotland website, and although the contours for the hill are shown it is not named, so no wonder I could not find it!
