The First Battle of Doiran 100 years ago

That summary of the First Battle of Dorain was excellent.  I just recently learned my maternal grandfather was there as a member of 8th Battalion Royal Scots Fusiliers. He transferred to the 77th Brigade Machine Gun Corps later that year. The Salonika front is sadly forgotten by many.
