This consists of 15 Volumes, some with two parts, and there is one supplement, issued after the series. There appear to be about 19 volumes in total. most of which are available on the Internet Archive, archive.org

Volume 8 is titled Field Operations, and is mainly about the Western Front, although there are also chapters on other operations such as Italy, North Russia and  Siberia https://archive.org/details/WW1ArmyMedDeptHistV8

They are a good resource. I managed to get them all on disc some years via a well known auction site but I now have some original volumes and the US Marine volume.
