Would the widow of a man who was placed into Class 'Z 'Army Reserve on 20th March 1919 and died one month later be eligible for any form of payment/pension from the Mimnistry of Pensions?

You'll probably find your answer here (although Class Z is not specifically mentioned the same general rules would apply) - https://archive.org/details/thewarpensionsallow00hoggrich

Time on reserve didn't generally qualify for pensions entitlement unless a man had died due to something caused or aggravated by army service.
