Ladies and Gentlemen,

You are truly outstanding. Further to your posts demonstrating such a wealth of knowledge, I have identified that it was in fact Royaumont. I have found the following reference on scarletfinders.co.uk web site, detailing "Index of Women"

MURDOCH Miss Anna S., Orderly Royaumont 13-Dec-16 28-Jul-17

Thankyou all so much for your help, and I hope that some of the advice provided in this thread will be of use to others in their searches.

My best wishes to you all

Alistair

Oh heck - this is a little spooky!!  She started in France, exactly 100 years ago today !

Then I guess that her FRX reference was NOT to page 6.  The Scottish Women's Hospital rolls are on pages 268 to 331.  Unless she also served some time at Arc.

My apologies if I gave you the wrong info Norman... The reference is FRX/101 B/6.  But I see now that it also states "310".  This is a rather interesting learning curve for me !!
