I was doing some research and some help would be greatly appreciated.

I was wondering if anyone knew of, or could find, any WW1 memoirs that mentioned (preferably in detail but at all would be helpful) Captain Denzil Clive Tate Twentyman of the 10th Battalion, York and Lancaster Regiment.

If not, any with mention (again, preferably in detail but not necessarily) of the surnames Twentyman, Rothschild or Behrens

Many thanks, any form of help would mean a lot.

Just by googling his name you will find a wealth of information on him - birth , education , career etc.

His service records are available at The National Archives.

The 10th battn War Diaries will give you further information

Have you tried the York & Lancs museum in Rotherham ?

I have found a plethora of details of him and his career, I was more looking for a written war memoir with him mentioned, however that is proving highly elusive.

Thanks thanks for the help
