SamCurt Posted 13 October , 2016 Share Posted 13 October , 2016 While recently looking at some Hendon (fatal) Casualty Cards, I noticed there were constant listings in the Official Reference column of the FS559s to a dated entry made on an FS 551. As the Casualty Cards (available through Hendon's site) were FS 557 (person), FS 558 (Next of Kin) & FS 559 (Incident) does anyone know what a 551 was?
