59th Divisonal Ammunition Column in Ireland

Recommended Posts

I'm away from all my reference books at present, but I'm not sure the answer lies there anyway!

When the 59th (2nd North Midland) Division was deployed to Ireland in the crisis of 1916, what happened to the Ammunition Column? Did it also go to Ireland - and if so, where?

That sounds a whole heap of fun. What's the book, out of interest, from which the extract comes?
